CAFU is currently hiring for the job position of a Dashboard Support Agent in Dubai who will be responsible for ensuring all orders within their designated zones are delivered on time. They manually move orders to the most appropriate truck and guide Pilots on which order to undertake. They assist Pilots in their assigned zones with troubleshooting and raise Zendesk tickets for issues requiring further attention. Support the dispatch of Pilots and ensure all Pilots are moving on their tasks. This is a mid level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 5000 AED to 10000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.
Duties of Dashboard Support Agent
- Ensuring trucks dispatched are represented on the agent schedule.
- Support dispatching Pilots and vehicles in a timely manner.
- Raising and responding to Zendesk tickets in a timely fashion.
- Managing Pilots activity in the field, moving orders to optimize delivery and advising Pilots on which task to undertake next.
- Open dashboard by ZONE (122, 201, etc.).
- Focus on current slot (make plan for at least 2-3 hours advance).
- Prioritize orders based on required completion time (RT/Scheduled).
- Keep truck in specific zone and balanced their order for your shift.
- Try to minimize intervention- manually assign only when it necessary.
- Move truck to a nearby zone after carefully considering the implications.
Eligibility Requirements for a Dashboard Support Agent
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3-4 years of experience in similar field.
