The Customs Growth Enablement Manager at Maersk will be responsible to drive Customs House Brokerage product growth in collaboration with Region CHB / Global Trade and Customs Consulting (GTCC) Product heads, with a focus on supporting GTCC sales activities and CHB Pipeline growth or management across the IMEA region.

Duties of Customs Growth Enablement Manager

  • Global Trade and Customs House Brokerage (CHB) business growth​: Driving regional growth across all Sales Channels​.
  • Enabling Maersk commercial teams to effectively position and win with products and services​.
  • Focused management of sales pipeline​.
  • Tracking and following up on Area CHB / Global Trade and Customs Consulting Growth Initiatives​.
  • Creating effective value propositions across all sales channels​.
  • Managing pursuit models for top opportunities: ​Driving Account Management principles for top prospect clients​.
  • Driving commercial engagement programs​.
  • Driving collaboration​: Coordination with Regional Sales Excellence and Area Sales Managers​.
  • Closely aligned with SCD (Supply Chain Development), Regional and Area Sales operations​.
  • Supporting and coordinating “Growth Enablers” (CHB Product Managers, Business Development Managers, Client Solution Managers) for maximum commercial network enablement impact​.
  • Business Development Support: Supporting Regional Global Trade and Customs Consultin business development with Sales Operations co-ordination​.
  • Data Analysis for strategic decision making​.
  • Project and Quality Management for large pursuits / GTCC projects / CHB larger Implementations.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of Customs Growth Enablement Manager are as under:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, international trade, or a related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience in similar role.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

  • Commercial mindset​.
  • Ability to work cross functionally and foster collaborating environment.​
  • Basic Trade and Customs Consultancy, Customs Services, supply chain and logistics network knowledge​.
  • Skilled stakeholder management​.
