The selected candidate will be responsible for excellent customer service skills to diagnose problems, troubleshoot solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities of Customer Support Engineer

  • To plan and install the solutions as per the scope of Work.
  • Providing hardware and software support for all the customers.
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks devices.
  • To generate more business from the customer.
  • Hands on experience with Security, Networking , server and storage.
  • To be available and responsible for any issues at customer site related to the solution.
  • To make the customer satisfied  and make sure for the repeat business.
  • Commercial Awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Strong Problem Solving and Decision Making skills.
  • Strong Project Management skills.

Requirements for Role of Customer Support Engineer

  • Diploma /BE, Should have valid UAE DL.
  • Professional Certifications of Cisco ,HP,  Fortinet, Sonicwall, MS, Azure etc.
  • 8-10 Years of UAE experience in related field.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Virtualizations, Hyper V and VMWare.
  • MS Cloud Technologies Office 365 ,Azure, SharePoint, Active directory.
  • Backup and recovery Acronis and Veeam Backup.
  • Mail solutions MS Exchange and Office 365, Security Solution: Sonicwall , Cisco & Fortinet.
  • WiFi Solutions Aruba, Cisco, Meraki, TPLINK, Firewall solution : Fortigate. SonicWall, Sophos.
