Job Description

Sharaf DG LLC presently has a job opening for suitably qualified and motivated candidate for position of a Customer Support Engineer(Certified in CCNA&MCSE ) in Dubai. Desirous candidates fulfilling under mentioned criteria are encouraged to submit their applications.

Job Description

  • To plan and install the solutions as per the scope of Work
  • Providing hardware and software support for all the customers
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks devices
  • To generate more business from the customer
  • Hands on experience with Security, Networking , server and storage
  • To be available and responsible for any issues at customer site related to the solution
  • To make the customer satisfied  and make sure for the repeat business
  • Commercial Awareness and negotiation skills
  • Strong Problem Solving and Decision Making skills
  • Strong Project Management skills

Requirements of Customer Support Engineer

  • Experience (Yrs& Field) : 5+ Years UAE experience
  • Educational Qualification :  Diploma /BE, Should have valid UAE DL
  • Professional Certifications: MCSE , CCNA , Cisco ,HP,  Fortinet, Sonicwall, MS, Azure etc.
  • Skills & Abilities:
  • Virtualizations: Hyper V and VMWare, MS Cloud Technologies: Office 365 ,Azure, SharePoint, Active directory, Backup and recovery : Acronis and Veeam Backup, Mail solutions: MS Exchange and Office 365, Security Solution: Sonicwall , Cisco & Fortinet, WiFi Solutions   : Aruba, Cisco, Meraki, TPLINK, Firewall solution : Fortigate. SonicWall, Sophos, Server and Storage: HP, Fujitsu, Lenovo, EMC, NETAPP,
