Job Description
Sharaf DG LLC is currently hiring experienced and qualified candidate for the job role of Customer Support Engineer in Ground Floor, Al Hilal Building, 34B Sheikh Rashid Rd, Garhoud , Dubai, UAE. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 9000-20000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.
Responsibilities of Customer Support Engineer
- To plan and install the solutions as per the scope of Work.
- Providing hardware and software support for all the customers.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks devices.
- To generate more business from the customer.
- Hands on experience with Security, Networking , server and storage.
- To be available and responsible for any issues at customer site related to the solution.
- To make the customer satisfied and make sure for the repeat business.
- Commercial Awareness and negotiation skills.
- Strong Problem Solving and Decision Making skills.
- Strong Project Management skills.
Requirements for Role of Customer Support Engineer
- Diploma /BE, Should have valid UAE DL.
- Professional Certifications of Cisco ,HP, Fortinet, Sonicwall, MS, Azure etc.
- 8-10 Years of UAE experience in related field.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Virtualizations, Hyper V and VMWare.
- MS Cloud Technologies Office 365 ,Azure, SharePoint, Active directory.
- Backup and recovery Acronis and Veeam Backup.
- Mail solutions MS Exchange and Office 365, Security Solution: Sonicwall , Cisco & Fortinet.
- Wi-Fi Solutions Aruba, Cisco, Meraki, TPLINK, Firewall solution : Fortigate. SonicWall, Sophos.
- Server and Storage HP, Fujitsu, Lenovo, EMC, NETAPP.
