CAFU is currently hiring for the job position of a Customer Success Manager Representative in Dubai who  is responsible to sustain robust relationships with current clientele, involving negotiation and oversight of contract renewals. This is a mid level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 12000 AED to 25000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Duties of Customer Success Manager Representative

  • Sustain robust relationships with current clientele, involving negotiation and oversight of contract renewals.
  • Aid customers as necessary in expanding their utilization of fuel and supplementary services associated with fleet management
  • Establish retention objectives and benchmarks for both clients and staff, aiming to maintain existing customers, enhance consumption levels, and increase revenue and profit margins within acquired B2B accounts.
  • Formulate and pursue actionable account strategies for all clients in collaboration with pertinent stakeholders.
  • Develop and uphold a structure for regular client communication, gauging their future service needs and promoting the adoption of new products and services.
  • Enhance and streamline existing processes across the organization, particularly within Customer Success endeavours for B2B, ensuring optimal customer support across all available channels.
  • Foster a positive user experience and identify brand advocates to endorse the product’s benefits both online and offline.
  • Serve as a liaison with Customer Support, addressing customer complaints and seeking continual improvement in the overall customer experience.

Eligibility Requirements for Customer Success Manager Representative

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field
  • +3 years of experience in customer success management or business development.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving a value-based sales process within your department and Managing Customer Success.
