Responsibilities of Customer Services Representative

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide product information, resolve issues, and address concerns.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Track order status and communicate updates to customers.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop a strong understanding of our product line to assist customers effectively.
• Stay informed about product updates and promotions.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and actively participate in training programs.

Requirements of Customer Service Representative

• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
• Previous experience of less than 1 Year in customer service or related role.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with consumer goods is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
