Job Description
Retail Industry is looking for a motivated and customer focused individual to join their team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to provide exceptional service to their valued customers.
Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution.
- Accurately enter and maintain customer information in the database.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues.
Requirements of Customer Service Representative
- High school diploma in relevant field.
- Previous experience of less than 1 year in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Skills

- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools.
