Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative

• Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format.
• Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
• Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
• Stay informed about company products/services to effectively assist customers.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and actively participate in training programs.

Requirements of Customer Service Representative

• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of previous experience working with customer support.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
