Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative

Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
Handle customer payments and transactions securely.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements for the role of Customer Service Representative

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or equivalent.
Proven experience of 1-2 years in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
