Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, or in person.
- Provide information about products, services, and promotions.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer payments and transactions securely.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements for the role of Customer Service Representative
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or equivalent.
- Proven experience of 1-2 years in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
