Saeed & Mohammed Al Naboodah Group presently has a job opening for eligible candidate for position of a Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate will Manage a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain a company brand name in the market. This is a mid level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 4000 AED to 8000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.
Responsibilities of Customer Service Executive
- Greet customers, complete necessary rental, or parking information.
- Follow-up in-bound telephone inquiries, walk-in prospects, and email inquiries.
- Obtain customer trust while using effective techniques to encourage them on utilizing service options.
- Accurately describe product features and benefits.
- Establish and monitor the standards for customer service in the company.
- Identify tasks critical to keeping customer satisfaction levels in check.
- Encourage and motivate team members for continuance of quality rental services.
- Be aware of rental procedures as per RTA guidelines.
- Liaising with the showroom body shop to ensure that vehicle repairs are carried out quickly
- Provide administrative support when the need arises, or as instructed.
- Perform all the activities in compliance with the Company’s QHSEMS and as per the assigned specific responsibilities.
- Carries out any additional tasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by the line manager.
Requirements of Customer Service Executive
- A bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- A minimum of 2years of experience.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- The ideal candidate must possess good verbal and written communication skills in English, a background in accounts, and be willing to handle multitasking as per business requirements; Arabic an advantage.
