Siemens Healthineers is currently looking to hire a candidate for the job role of a Customer Service Engineer in Building 40, Floor 2, Dubai Healthcare City, Dubai, UAE. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 12000-25000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Customer Service Engineer
- Perform installations, start-ups, maintenance, repairs and updates of all Siemens healthcare products within their area of expertise and assisting with other products under supervision and approval.
- Communicating and accept all operative requests from the Customer Care Center or designated dispatch team. Prioritizes tasks and actions and schedules measures accordingly.
- Escalate incidents according to the defined parameters.
- Ensure the proper use of tool & test equipment.
- Comply to national and local regulations and safety standards, as well as technical and operational guidelines from Siemens Healthcare.
- Maintain highest customer satisfaction, within the framework of Siemens Healthcare, Customer Services.
- All responsibilities and jobs must be performed as cost-effectively as possible, taking profitability into account.
- You will manage company assets.
- Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative duties accurately.
- Position requires frequent travelling.
Requirements for Role of Customer Service Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Life science, Medicine or Pharmacy or any relevant fields. OR
- Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent from a reputable University
- Previous experience in a similar role and in healthcare is a must.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the In-Vitro Diagnostics Industry.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Good understanding of In-Vitro Healthcare Diagnostics.
- Strong level of written and spoken English communication, preferable Arabic fluency.
- Strong drive and focus for results and customer service.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent judgement in customer relations and in managing company resources; strong competency in instrument systems technology to include mechanics, electrical, chemistry and software technology, experience with electronics, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
