Home Appliances industry is looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be customer focused, with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for their customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities of Customer Service Assistant
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide information about products/services, pricing, availability, and order status.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross sell products/services to meet customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to address customer issues and improve processes.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
Requirements of Customer Service Assistant
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
- Work experience of 1-2 years in similar role.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
