Customer Service Assistant at MMI in 5th Floor, Emirates Holiday Building, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE will be working with world class global brands and operating within a dynamic team in an environment where luxury meets excitement, candidate will be to support a team in all operational aspects of a premier liquor retail destination in Dubai. Candidate will be to assist the management team whilst learning how to facilitate the successful running of a large store. Responsibilities include enhancing customer experience, improving product displays and maximizing sales in alignment with business goals. This is an Entry level full time job. Responsibilities of Customer Service Assistant

• Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Promote key services and meet sales targets.
• Retail cashier service.
• Manage stock and cash control.
• Implement health and safety regulations.

Requirements for Role of Customer Service Assistant

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• WSET qualification (Wine & Spirit Education Trust)
• Minimum 2 years retail cashier experience.
