Customer Service Agent at Johnson Controls in Block D, 3rd Floor, Office Park Building #56, Dubai, UAE is key role reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader and will be based in Dubai. Candidate will Provide best in class customer service for both internal and external customers while dealing with all types of requests received directly from customers including order bookings, complaints handling and solution support. Securing best supply solutions for customers in close cooperation with sales department, logistics, finance teams and other stakeholders from within the company to maintain daily business improving their internal processes as well as daily experience of their customers. This is an Entry level full time job. And salary can range between 3000-5000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Customer Service Agent
- Handle customer purchase orders and create sales orders.
- Cooperate with sales representatives.
- As customer’s main point of contact, identify customer needs and build good customer relationships.
- Secure the best supply solution for the customers.
- Place purchase order requisitions (for specific business units only)
- Shipping: Provide transport related instructions and other specific information.
- Claims: Act as customer’s primary point of contact throughout the claim process.
Requirements for Role of Customer Service Agent
- High School Degree or Higher.
- 1-2 years experiences in customer services are advantage.
