Responsibilities of A Customer Relationship Officer
- Develop and manage customers to meet their needs and achieve the objectives of bank in line with the required standards.
- Identify and act on new sales leads and relationship development opportunities with cross sell, upsell and retention to contribute to the improvement of market and customer share of wallet with the bank.
- Perform adequate care and due diligence in day to day conduct to protect the bank from financial and non-financial loss.
- Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instruction to carry out work up to the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders.
- Apply the ADCB service standards to deliver the bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions.
- Manage self in line with the bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own contribution to business performance.
Requirements of Customer Relationship Officer
The requirements of Customer Relationship Officer in First Abu Dhabi Bank are as under:
- A Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a financial institution.
