Job Description

Culinary Ambassador in Signature Restaurant (AFR) at Emaar in Fujairah, UAE will ensure exceptional Culinary Experiences in a highly empowered environment. Represent their brand, throughout the Guest journey, to deliver a flawless culinary experience. Ensure that each guest becomes a happy fan of their restaurants, by delighting them with consistent high quality food. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 5000-7000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.

Responsibilities of Culinary Ambassador

  • Genuine service personality, with high EQ.
  • Conduct all operational tasks in Front Office while living up to service standards and procedures.
  • Go the extra (s)mile where you can.
  • Prevent complaints and ensure adequate service recovery where needed.
  • Pro-actively communicate with fellow Ambassadors, always with the Guest’s interests at heart.

Requirements for Role of Culinary Ambassador

  • Minimum of a high school diploma in Catering / College degree in Hotel Management or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1 -2 years’ experience in a similar position in a 5-star hospitality company.
