Duties of A CRM Executive

• Contact Rent a car companies, fleet customers, insurance companies and government establishments for potential service business.
• Assist in developing customised service packages for fleet/corporate customers.
• Contact lapsed customers and offer them special prices/packages to bring them back.
• Promote service contract and extended warranty to retail customers.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports to service manager. Gather competitors’ pricing/ campaigns.
• Follow up with customer in case of any overdue payments based on request from CCD.
• Execute CRM campaigns as per the instructions.
• Ensure full tracking of executed campaigns.
• Assisting the Service Manager in the day-to-day coordination with other departments.
• Liaise with various stakeholders to help create meaningful reports on Campaign Performance.
• Handling & communicating with customers’ problems and complaints.
• Any relevant ad-hoc duties and/or relevant special projects may be assigned by the Management.

Elgibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of a CRM Executive are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as proficiency in CRM software.
• 3-5 years of experience relevant field.
