CRM Coordinator NAFFCO Dubai

NAFFCO is a Middle East based manufacturer of firefighting products, its business is built around fire protection engineering. Currently they are looking to hire a candidate for the job role of a CRM Coordinator in Jebel Ali Free zone، South Area، Jebel Ali Free Zone Street, Dubai, UAE. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 2500-3500 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.

Responsibilities of CRM Coordinator

  • Coordinate and manage the implementation of CRM systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze customer data for insights and improvements.
  • Create and distribute reports and dashboards to track key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Train and support internal teams on CRM system usage and best practices.
  • Monitor and optimize CRM system performance and functionality.

Requirements for Role of CRM Coordinator

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in CRM coordination or a similar role.
  • Experience in the sales or customer service industry is preferred.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
