Job Purpose of A Credit Manager

• Role includes review customers’ Credit Applications.
• Ensure accuracy of data, conduct in depth financial and non-financial analysis for companies to establish risks and provide mitigants.
• Discuss findings with Business team to ensure alignment before approving or recommending the financing package.

Job Duties of A Credit Manager

• To review credit applications of companies with a Turnover less than AED 250Mn and ensure that it is in consistent with credit programs, TM RAC, bank’s policy, central bank regulations.
• Collaborate with the Business to make sure receiving complete set of documents required for review or analyses of the credit application.
• Identify risk factors, discuss with business mitigations to ensure Credit soundness of proposals.
• Conduct site visits to customers as per the grid to evaluate the quality of the management / operations & credit worthiness.
• Provides in depth analysis and sound decision, add value to the analysis of the credit proposals.
• Approving the credit proposals up to the designated limit (AED 10M) or recommending the proposals to the higher approving limit.
• Work closely with the business in a consultative and proactive manner to ensure credit procedure & policies are effectively implemented & desired standards are met.
• Contribute to achieve the department objectives, goals & policies.
• Conduct any other assignments assigned by line manager.

Who Can Apply?

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.

Experience

• 4-5 years of experience in related field.

• Good analytical and technical skills.
• English Language (Arabic is plus).
