Job Description

IIQAF Group is seeking a reliable and efficient Courier Dispatcher to oversee and manage the routing and delivery of packages to to clients. As a Courier Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching couriers to their assigned routes, tracking deliveries, and ensuring on-time and accurate delivery. This role is crucial in maintaining their excellent reputation for prompt and reliable service.

Duties of Courier Dispatcher

  • Utilize tracking systems to identify efficient routes and assign couriers to delivery locations.
  • Monitor the progress of assigned deliveries and communicate any delays or changes to relevant parties.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and requests from clients and couriers to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during deliveries, such as traffic delays or incorrect addresses.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize routes to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including tracking information, delivery times and any issues encountered.
  • Train and supervise new couriers to maintain a high standard of service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless delivery processes.

Requirements of Courier Dispatcher

  • Basic primary education.
  • 1 year of prior experience in a dispatching or logistics role.

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong organizational, time management, and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment.
  • Familiarity with routing and tracking software.
