Responsibilities of Counter Server Associate
- Providing responsive, exceptional service to deli counter customers by answering questions, making recommendations, providing samples, responding to requests.
- Display the product as per the first in first out principle and ensure damage or expire products are remove from the display area.
- Ensure all price tags are accurate, updated, clean and easily visible along with the production and expiry date.
- Ensuring that work areas are ready to service customers by cleaning surfaces, equipment & floors, removing trash & confirming that tools are in working order.
- Participate in inventory and stock takes as and when required.
- Maintain excellent standard of self-hygiene including proper and clean uniform/appearance.
Requirements for Role of Counter Server Associate
- At least intermediate or Graduate qualified.
- 1-2 years experience as a food server or waitress.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Must be proficient to communicate in English.
- Flexible and hardworking.
