Saeed & Mohammed Al Naboodah Group is presently hiring social and well reputed candidate for job role of Counter Salesman in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible to service retail customers & arrange deliveries to dealers. This job has just been posted by group and is now open for applications.

Responsibilities of A Counter Salesman

• Provide services to walk in customers by ascertaining parts required, check stocks availability and pick items.
• Generate invoice to be signed by customer and Parts Manager.
• Deal with telephone enquiries and enters logbook for follow up.
• Prepare quotations and follows up the quotations on regular basis.
• Arrange delivery and collection of goods.
• On receipt of parts requisition, arrange delivery to the service centre via warehouse supervisor.
• Maintain pending sales file.
• Maintain manual list of fast moving stock for inclusion in monthly requisition process.
• Check local suppliers on pricing levels for feedback to Parts Manager.
• Stay up to date with merchandise, especially new products.
• Carries out any additional tasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by the line manager.
• Perform all the activities in compliance with the Company’s QHSEMS and as per the assigned specific responsibilities.

Qualification Requirements for Role of Counter Salesman

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive workshop.

Skills Desired

• Fluent in English, Arabic an advantage.
• Good personal appearance.
• Basic computer skills
