Cost Estimator at Mira Real Estate Brokers LLC in Park Heights tower 1 Level 6, office 601, Dubai, UAE will be responsible for analyzing project information, preparing cost estimates, tracking project costs, and providing accurate and timely information to support project decision-making. The ideal candidate will be responsible for appropriately evaluating the cost of a project, and evaluating the cost to take on that project. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 8000-12000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Cost Estimator

• Review project specifications and drawings to gain a comprehensive understanding of client requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and clients to gather necessary information for accurate cost estimation.
• Conduct thorough cost analysis for materials, labor, and other project-related expenses.
• Utilize historical data, market trends, and industry benchmarks to ensure accurate cost estimations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from architectural and engineering drawings.
• Work closely with the procurement team to obtain accurate pricing for marble materials.
• Prepare comprehensive and well-organized cost estimates, including detailed breakdowns of costs for materials, labor, equipment, and overhead.
• Clearly communicate assumptions, exclusions, and any special considerations that may impact the estimate.

Requirements for Role of Cost Estimator

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or in related field.
• Experience in the landscaping or construction industry is a plus.
• 3 years of experience in UAE.
• Driving license + car.
