Al Futtaim Automotive is currently looking for a suitably qualified and skilled candidate for job role of a Cost Clerk. The selected candidate will work for Toyota Motors in Abu Dhabi. The incumbent will report to Aftersales Manager and will be working in a busy workshop environment wherein role holder will deal directly with Service Advisor, Controller, Foreman & Technicians on daily basis. Job Role of Cost Clerk
- Receive, process and administer all departmental job costing in line with the retail and distributor process requirements and guidelines.
- Return unacceptable job cards to the appropriate department with clear and concise reasons for rejection of job card for costing.
Job Duties of Cost Clerk
- Clerical functions and maintain personnel and administrative records and procedures.
- Amend computer job cards and invoices, to speed up workshop flow.
- Prepare all external and internal job cards and proper billing with all labour, parts, oil, sublets and consumables.
- Proper checking of invoices and related documents with computer statements to maintain accuracy.
- Arranging daily workshop performance report.
- Prepare incentive computation and claim form as per the daily time sheet.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Diploma.
- 3 years experience as a Cost Clerk within the automotive dealership.
Skills & Knowledge Desired
- SAP Dealer System knowledge is preferred.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Strong office management skills and be able to communicate effectively.
