As a  job holder you are responsible for the short and long term planning and the management of the Food & Beverage operations in order to achieve superb financial results. The role involves managing and achieving of profit and quality for all Food & Beverage operations in all Rotana hotels

• Should be a college / university degree graduate.
• Minimum of 2 years experiences in a similar role with preferable previous experiences in the Middle East.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• You must be a computer literate with effective communication and presentation skills along with an excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to read, understand and analyze financial data is a must.
• The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with a solid Food & Beverage background and the passion for quality and excellence.
• Ability to complete projects timely and accurately is critical.
• You must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
