Michael Page is associated with international UK Law Firm who is interested in adding a mid-level Associate with 4-6 PQE to their Commercial department in their Dubai office. The salary ranges from 12000 AED to 25000 AED that is slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Responsibilities of Corporate Associate 4-6 PQE

• Prepare, write, and negotiate corporate and commercial documents clearly and concisely.
• Conduct legal research using available internal and external resources.
• Research and draft legal memos of advice.
• Conduct due diligence investigations.
• Research and draft legal memos.
• Create proposals and credential statements.
• Manage transaction projects with supervision.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients.
• Contribute to business development and profile-raising events.
• Develop a network of strong relationships with contacts internally and externally.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by higher authorities.

Requirements of Corporate Associate 4-6 PQE

• Common Law Qualification
• 4-6 years PQE.
• Previous experience practising in the UAE
• Experience within an established Law Firm

Skills and Abilities Desired

• Relevant knowledge of the law.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail, well organised and file management practice
• Arabic language skills are not essential but will be advantageous.
• Highly motivated and result driven individual.
