Coordinator Vendor Talabat Dubai

Talabat is currently looking for a Coordinator Vendor in Dubai who will be responsible for handling daily operations of the Non Food Verticals (NFV) and guiding NFV partners to be successful on Talabat. Being part of the Vendor Coordination Team, you will be handling all quality control checks required for non-food partners. Their agenda is to ensure that their non-food partners are left feeling happy and well supported. You are expected to be result driven, take on and deliver the KPIs set in place, all while maintaining excellent customer service to their partners. This is a mid level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 5000 AED to 10000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Responsibilities of Coordinator Vendor

• Generate, read and analyze data in order to achiev Operational KPIs.
• Keep a customer & vendor focused approach while making operational decisions to maintain a holistic view.
• Manage inventory and assortment parity to minimize out-of-stock in order to eensure customer satisfaction.
• Administrative assistance to vendors; address vendor issues.
• Implement promotions on a time basis to avoid compromising potential revenue.
• Help vendors familiarize with internal tools and technology for optimized order processing.
• Ensuring quality of the vendor’s assortment is maintained at 100% accuracy and attention to detail is practiced.
• Improve vendor delay by working closely with partners to identify and solve for key issues.

Elgibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for the role of a Coordinator Vendor are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role.
