Coordinator Supply Management AUH Transguard Group Dubai

Transguard Group is currently recruiting for Coordinator Supply Management for their trusted client to be based out of their office in Dubai. The purpose of this position is to efficiently handle administrative tasks, including organizing contractual documents and associated metadata and performing data entry. The role is also required to coordinate with suppliers for timely collection of expiring documents (e.g. Trade License, Insurance certificates).

Responsibilities of Coordinator Supply Management

• Ensuring all signed contracts & associated metadata including pricing is recorded in eSupply.
• Subsequent work orders and variations should also be recorded in eSupply.
• Monitoring of supplier documents that are expiring and following up with them to ensure these are renewed and recorded.
• Ensuring suppliers maintain the required levels of insurance during the duration of the contract.
• Extracting data from sources systems such as GRP and eSupply and updating reports used to track progress / KPI’s.
• Ensuring that tickets (Digital Dubai, Jaggaer) are raised when issues arise or enhancements required and following up to ensure their closure.
• Supporting the cataloging of inventory items in GRP and/or Maximo to enable a timely requisitioning process.

Requirements for Role of Coordinator Supply Managment

• Minimum a high school diploma.
• Diploma or certification in supply chain management or related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in similar role.

Skills Desired

• Some training in administration / data entry.
• Strong IT skills such as MS Excel.
• Data entry skills.
• Attention to detail.
