Job Description
Coordinator Schedules Planning at Flydubai in ENI Sapphire Tower Office number 6, Al Ittihad Road. Port Saeed, Deira Dubai, UAE will support the Schedules Planning team with the general administration, filing and tracking of landing permits for flydubai’s growing network, which must be submitted through the different Civil Aviation Authorities, in coordination with other flydubai stakeholders. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 5000-7000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Coordinator Schedules Planning
- Assists the Schedules Planning team in preparing the necessary filing documents and formal letters for landing permits, slots and codeshare approvals.
- Assists the Schedules Planning team in cross checking approvals and slots against operating plan to ensure approvals are obtained with accurate details.
- Tracks and monitors the pending approvals from the different stations and corresponds with the accountable stakeholders. To ensure timely finalization of schedules and circulation of approval numbers to Network Control and Flight Operations.
- Monitors and analyses the Slot Management mail account for incoming messages to determine significance of any irregular. Or urgent messages needing the attention of the Management.
- Produces various schedule reports for the department’s key customers, including Flight Operations, Commercial, Crew Planning, Network Control, Maintenance, Cargo and International Affairs.
- Coordinates charter flight details with key stakeholders to ensure charter brief documents is sign off. By each department and approvals received prior to the flight.
- Ensures the safe keeping of hard copies of important and confidential documents produced by Schedules Planning team in an organized and safe way.
- Assists the Network Planning team, as needed, with various network planning projects.
Requirements for Role of Coordinator Schedules Planning
- High School Diploma (or Equivalent).
- Prefer No. of Years (without Relevant Degree) – 2
