Talabat is currently hiring suitable candidate for job role of Coordinator Sales (Onboarding) in Dubai. The incumbent will be responsible to pursue scaling company’s multifaceted and dynamic restaurant onboarding operations. Moreover role holder will also play a pivotal role in ensuring company’s operation capabilities are continuously evolving to meet the ongoing needs of the business and dining service by improving restaurant performance of the full estate of verticals and convenience vendors.

Responsibilities of Coordinator Sales (Onboarding)

  • Restaurant Training including installation of Talabat system at partner locations.
  • Ensures & improves restaurant’s operation and increase the customer adoption of F&B service offered.
  • Implement new configurations to support operations.
  • Proactively liaise with restaurants, investigating and resolving restaurant issues in a timely manner.
  • Identify causes of operational issues as well as symptoms, diagnosis and cure.
  • Collaborative problem solving with many different stakeholders in the business, Account management, content management, vendor support etc.
  • Restaurant Performance data analysis & reporting.
  • Scheduling and carrying out training with new and existing restaurant partners, troubleshooting and tech replacement if needed.

Requirements for Role of Coordinator Sales Onboarding

The eligibility requirements for the role of Coordinator Sales Onboarding are as under:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • 1-2 years of Prior experience administrative support role preferred, but not required.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

  • Familiarity with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational & time management skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail & accuracy in completing tasks.
