Job Description

NAFFCO is currently looking to hire a Female Filipino candidate for the job role of a Coordinator at Jebel Ali Free zone، South Area، Jebel Ali Free Zone Street, Dubai, UAE. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 3000-4500 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.

Responsibilities of Coordinator

  • Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and progress reports.
  • Track milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Communicate and collaborate with project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors.
  • Coordinate and support project-related training and development activities, including scheduling and logistics.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, identifying and implementing best practices and process improvements.

Requirements for Role of Coordinator

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or project management.
  • Proven experience in a coordination role, preferably in a fast-paced and complex environment.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in a coordination or project support role.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
