Duties of Coordinator Mortgages

• Assists clients to obtain mortgage for property handover settlement post the Mortgage has been accomplishe.
• Client issues and operation related issues.
• Valuation handholding and stake holder management within DAMAC for the smooth flow of the visit of the units/projects timely.
• Responsible for the mortgage conveyance process, from submission of documents to the banks, down to approval and property transfer.
• Liaises with bank’s PRO, post the Title deed / E title deed issuance for various timeliness – NOC issuance, Handover etc.
• Responsible for monthly & weekly mortgage report.
• MIS’s on various campaigns and follow up with the Mortgage advisors on the feedback on the various leads.
• Off plan demands and valuation and RERA checking prior to raising the subsequent demands to the banks and ensuring that the Payment is secured timely
• Planning and Budgeting and responsible for the revenues generation though the various initiatives taken.

Eligibility Requirements

Requirements for role of Coordinator Mortgages are as under:

• Graduate Degree.
• 10 years of progressively responsible professional experience for a major company or division of a large corporation.
• Experience in Bank as a Coordinator.
• Having a Proven Track Record.
