Job Description

Coordinator Content Quality & Translation in Local Shops at Talabat will focus on improving the Images & Product content on the application enhancing customer experience. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 6000-12000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.

Responsibilities of Coordinator Content Quality & Translation

  • Image & design management:
  • Design and create product listings with accurate, visually appealing, and compelling descriptions & Images.
  • Use design tools like Photoshop, Figma, or similar to create and enhance product images, ensuring high-quality visuals on app.
  • Perform image editing tasks, including color correction, resizing, and file format conversions, to ensure visuals are properly formatted for use across different channels.
  • Performs High end retouch to re-create the texture, image manipulation, color correction and Pattern Matching according to standards.
  • Support in creating visually engaging presentations to communicate product features, strategies, and content insights for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data Management:
  • Create and manage new product listings with accurate and compelling descriptions in both English and Arabic.
  • Edit, update, and maintain product content in line with business requirements.
  • Ensure product images, descriptions, and specifications are up to date and adhere to company guidelines.

Requirements for Role of Coordinator Content Quality & Translation

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.
  • Computer technology experience with ability to administrate editing systems.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and Outlook.
  • 2 years in a translation or content quality assurance role.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Proficient in Arabic and English (read/write & converse).
  • Well versed in image or video editing / color correction/ Pattern Matching under fast turnarounds.
  • Streamlining image or video editing workflows for high output.
  • Attention to detail and a relentless desire for innovation.
  • Understanding of the image production process, equipment, technology and roles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar tools.
  • Skill sets required: High end image edit (Skin correction, Color Correction, Pattern Matching)
  • Good communication and presentation skills, verbal and written, in both individual and group situations for the purpose of knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Be able to maintain a positive attitude within a fast-paced environment and being team player.
  • Research, discover and implement new tools, technologies and industry best practices to maximize efficiency.
