Role of Cargo Operations Coordinator

A Cargo Operations Coordinator at Flydubai will support cargo capacity management while ensuring daily Capacity Utilization and monitoring Bookings.

Responsibilities of Cargo Operations Coordinator

• Schedules Road Feeder Service (RFS) throughout the network and provide 24 hours network support.
• Monitors flights regularly with a focus on Low-capacity flights.
• Monitors and handles Flight status, Queue management, Flight logs, Rebooking, Irregularities, Amendments, Handling special loads and Transit Permit.
• Handles received messages(email, FFM, FWB, FHL, CFM, MFM and various other Database messaging from ground partners). Responds within defined SLAs.

What you’ll do

• Maximize loads on the flight by trimming the Flight and Re-booking shipments.
• Coordinate availability of space for shipment booked on RFS.
• Closely monitor flights and RFS by managing the utilization of allotments.
• Releasing the un utilized space back to operations and sales to ensure optimum space utilization.
• Maintain and enhance a good communication flow across the departments to ensure stakeholders are equipped, well informed and up to date with the operational activity.
• Review prebuild up report check in coordination with GHA. Ensure booking of all correct cargo capacity on the flights.
• Coordinate with operations for repacking and release of loaded goods.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Preferred No. of Cargo Experience Years (with Relevant Degree) – 1
• Preferred No. of Cargo Experience Years (without Relevant Degree) – 3
