Coordinator Airport Control Centre Flydubai UAE

Flydubai is actively accepting applications from suitably qualified candidate for role of a Coordinator Airport Control Centre. The incumbent will be responsible to collate and disseminate all relevant information from Airport control Centre to the Airport team in the Hub and outstations to improve On Time Performance (OTP) and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including those related to safety, customer service and quality.

Responsibilities of Coordinator Airport Control Centre

• Monitors and analyses all delayed flights and provides recommendations to facilitate the process of connecting passengers and ensures action plans are executed to the airport.
• Communicates with the Reservation team to ensure that all misconnected passengers are rebooked appropriately based on the decisions taken.
• Coordinates with the airport team (Hub and outstations) to determine the most appropriate action and provides final recommendation superior for action.
• Provides all communication with handling agents, other airlines (OAL)for any passengers and baggage not through checked-in from the origin station.
• Follows up on any action plan decided with relevant stakeholders for any passengers and baggage not through checked-in from the origin station.
• Liaise with NCC and airport team for any aircraft change to ensure all passenger and baggage is efficiently handle.
• Monitors CCTV for the critical flights and escalates any potential delay to the relevant stakeholders (GHA, FZ ramp team, Fuellers, etc).

Eligibility Requirements

Eligibility requirements for role of Coordinator Airport Control Centre are as under:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Airport Operations experience.
• Preferred No of Years (with Relevant Degree) – 2.
• Preferred No of Years (without Relevant Degree) – 4.
