Juma Al Majid Holding Group is currently hiring well organised and dedicated candidate for the role of Control Room Operator in Dubai. The incumbent will be responsible to man the control room on assigned timings for the purpose of security and surveillance. Duties of Control Room Operator

Review and Monitoring: Continuously monitor & review multiple CCTV screens to detect security threats, suspicious activities or safety concerns.
Incident Response: Efficiently report detected security incidents by Informing the in charge based on the chain of command.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incidents, activities and individuals for future reference and reporting.
Remote CCTV Operation: Remotely operate and troubleshoot CCTV equipment, including cameras, monitors and recording systems to ensure uninterrupted surveillance.
Proactive Surveillance: Identify security vulnerabilities and potential risks, reporting them to the security team for action.
Communication: Effectively communicate with security personnel, provide situational updates & relaying information as needed.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations and company policies regarding CCTV operations and data privacy.
Confidentiality: Handle information with discretion, especially concerning sensitive security matters.

Requirements of Control Room Operator

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus).
2 plus years of preferred experience in a similar role or in the security field.
Possession of relevant licenses or certifications (Security Industry Regulatory Agency).

Skills & Abilities Desired

Familiarity with CCTV systems & technology.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused during extended monitoring periods.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of security procedures and emergency response protocols.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions when necessary.
