Contracts Coordinator at NAFFCO will oversee the administration and management of contracts. Candidate will also assist in the development and implementation of contract management policies and procedures. Responsibilities of Contracts Coordinator

• Review and negotiate contracts with external vendors and suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
• Coordinate the contract approval process, including obtaining necessary signatures and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records, including tracking key dates and milestones.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather contract requirements and provide guidance on contract terms and obligations.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of contract templates, ensuring they reflect current legal and business requirements.
• Ensure all contract-related documentation is properly filed and easily accessible for future reference.

Requirements for Role of Contracts Coordinator

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Law, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management or a similar role.
