Responsibilities of Content Production Trainee

• Producing call sheets for relevant productions and their distribution.
• Maintain general housekeeping duties such as taking part in the weekly Creative Production meeting to ensure that all teams are fully up to date with forthcoming projects.
• Update the bookings calendar and photoshoots schedule with all shoot options, details and deadlines, ensuring all information is up to date.
• Acting as an internal liaison between team members and cross-functional teams.
• Any other duties as necessary to support the productions and the department.
• Support with local and international sample /product organizing for shoots (inclusive of requesting styles, managing brand comms, unpacking samples and re-packing samples once the shoot is complete to send back).
• Organization of all samples and products on photoshoots.
• Conceptualize shoot ideas, create mood boards and suggest concepts.

Requirements for Role of Content Production Trainee

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant experience with budget management and financial reporting.
• Fresh candidates can also apply.
