Content Creator Rixos Marina Accor Hotel Abu Dhabi

Content Creator at Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is responsible for designing a wide variety of materials including but not limited to photography, videography, and animations for digital and offline media to communicate key messages and experiences visually.

Responsibilities of Content Creator

• Serve as the videographer and photographer.
• Work on a wide range of projects, media, and content, using various computer software to visualize and develop innovative content that meets business goals.
• Conceptualize and produce high quality, trendy, and impactful content that promotes complex facilities and activities.
• Organize video and photoshoots with different stakeholders for content to be used across all marketing channels (social media, websites, printed material, etc.) and aligned with the marketing and communication plan.
• Take charge of the entire creative process from brief and operational organization to setup and final shoot.
• Prepare production scripts & briefs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to source for internal models and ensure the styling is align with the brand’s personality.
• Manage and oversee all technical aspects of photography and videography including editing and post-production.
• Obtain input from management, ensuring the content meets organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately.
• Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with the marketing team, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on workload, which may include simultaneous projects for the complex.
• Manage brand photoshoots, agency photoshoots and any content creation efforts on.
• Examine existing processes, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve content creation capabilities.
• Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video.
• Keep up to date with marketing trends, competitors, new production techniques and the digital ecosystem, in order to explore and recommend creative ways to reach out to target audience groups.

Requirements of Content Creator

• Background or degree in film studies, photography, or a related field.
• 3 years’ of experience as a Content Creator preferably in the hospitality field.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Proficiency with required in camera operation, sound equipment, and the overall production and post-production process (editing, animations, effects).
• Well versed with special effects, animations, and all tools required.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• A strong eye for visual composition.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
• Must be well presented and professionally groomed at all times.
