ADNOC is actively hiring suitably qualified and experienced candidate for job role of a Content And Media Specialist in Abu Dhabi. Selected candidate is required to develop coherent communications and content material in English for the communications, advertising and campaigning in alignment with ADNOC’s standards, policies and procedures to promote awareness and increase engagement from target audiences.
Job Duties of Content And Media Specialist
- Develop communications approach aimed at articulating the ADNOC Distribution story, its product offerings and Corporate Social Responsibility efforts across its broad stakeholder base in English campaigns, new releases etc.
- Meet with appropriate sales divisions representatives (internal clients) to discuss their marketing communication (digital and print) needs in English.
- Ensures design and development of the marketing content and information (text, images, videos, infographics) on all channel’s interactive applications are consistent and in line with ADNOC Distribution policies and ADNOC group guidelines.
- Analyze informative material and synthesize concepts and creative direction.
- Propose a content for wider outreach and promotion of ADNOC Distribution’s business value in English language.
- Perform content theming, collect data from stakeholders in developing adequate visuals, and provide design support in order to maintain conceptual integrity and tone.
- Standardize English content across platforms and media and revise documents and updates arise.
- Ensure consistency of external communications with the strategy of the department and overall organization plans.
- Support Manager Content and Media Relations in finalization and approval of all English language advertisement, brochures, product and services booklets.
- Liaises with higher management and PRD for consistency of core communications messages, sharing of content (print & digital), content presentation, and content promotion.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure relevant digital, press and campaign content aligns with different communications publications.
- Manage the internal and external printing and production of all publications though external contractors.
- Manage relationship with print contractor, including the supervision, review, and invoicing for all ADNOC Distribution’s.
- Align allocation of resources with technical specifications to meet the budgetary parameters of projects.
- Prepare scope of services and evaluate suppliers as necessary.
- Act as the focal point to supply required graphic artwork and media material for international and local exhibitions.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communication, Marketing, or Advertising from a recognized university.
Experience
- 5-6 years of experience in digital and social media marketing and advertising etc.
