About the Role

The Consultant Endocrinologist at Mubadala Health Dubai will provide comprehensive endocrine consultations and follow-up care for adult patients. Furthermore, the role involves diagnosing and managing a wide range of endocrine and metabolic conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, and hormonal imbalances. Moreover, the successful candidate will support chronic disease management through evidence-based, patient-centered care and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive endocrine consultations and follow-up care for adult patients
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of endocrine and metabolic conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, and adrenal conditions
• Support chronic disease management through evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Collaborate closely with diabetologists, educators, dietitians, and other specialists to ensure integrated care
• Participate in on-call duties or clinical rotations as required by the center
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to quality improvement activities
• Lead patient education initiatives related to endocrine health and disease prevention
• Support clinical research and evidence-based practice development within the department

Requirements

• Medical degree with recognized specialty qualification in Endocrinology
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in endocrinology or internal medicine with endocrine focus
• Strong clinical expertise in managing chronic endocrine conditions in outpatient settings
• Excellent communication, diagnostic, and teamwork skills
• DOH Specialist Endocrinologist licensure or eligibility
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
