Dubai Health Authority is currently looking to hire a candidate for the job role of Consultant in Al Jaddaf, Dubai, UAE. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-40000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Consultant

• Provide advice, guidance and consultation to Higher management  on  variety of stakeholders on a wide range of legislative, medical and individual affairs.
• Encourage research related to professional development and assist in measure the impact of workforce development.
• Conduct Research for new insights and innovative solutions  on health care services, encourage studies and  benchmark considering  international standard
• Provide necessary advice regarding the effectiveness of professional development programs, plans and campaigns.
• Contribute to the development and articulation of strategic, annual and business planning processes; incorporating a collaborative and inclusive approach with key stakeholders.
• Participate in setting the overall mission, vision, values and goals for DHA.
• Monitoring the performance of the hospitals and the specialized centres.
• Provide expert clinical advice and support to the Director General
• Consulting on high-profile projects within agreed time plan
• Advice on methods of data analysis and reporting.
• Assessing current systems, guidelines and protocols in line with quality management and Participate in developing new systems, guidelines and protocols.
• Provides advice and recommendations to the DG on planning and resources for the DHA Sectors on medical aspects.

Requirements for Role of Consultant

• Bachelor/Master Degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or any other field related.
• 10 years experience with 5 years experience in senior management.
