Duties of Concierge Specialist

• Foster strong relationships with suppliers is key to providing our guests with a seamless and exceptional experience, from booking to the actual stay.
• In addition to elevating our guests’ overall experience and managing external partnerships.
• Carries the responsibility of ensuring the proper and efficient management of guest complaints and feedback.
• Dedication to addressing concerns and enhancing our services based on valuable feedback will contribute significantly to the continuous improvement of our guest offerings.
• As a Concierge Specialist, you are an essential part of our commitment to excellence, creating lasting impressions and fostering positive relationships with our valued guests, B2B partners, and suppliers alike.

Eligibility Requirements for Role of Concierge Specialist

The requirements for the job role of Concierge Specialist are as under:

• University Degree or Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Management.
• Higher secondary education.
• Completed 1 year in current role.
• Hotel Reservations experience, DMC, Travel Agent or Tour operator.
• Experiences roles that provide transferrable skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Demonstrated confidence and enthusiasm in previous roles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
•  Previous experience in sales.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Fluency in Chinese, Mandarin, French, Russian, Indian, or Hebrew.
• Met and exceeded performance metrics as Concierge Agent
• Ability to establish and maintain rapport with guests.
• Proficient computer and system skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to convert inquiries into sales. Outstanding empathy, problem-solving abilities, decision-making skills, and the capacity to comprehend and explain technical information.
•  Proven track record of achieving individual and team targets.
•  Fluency in English and/or Arabic.
