Job Description

This Concierge Agent job at Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre is a full-time on-site role for polished, knowledgeable folks who make VIP guests feel like stars from arrival to departure. You’ll greet arrivals, book tours, restaurants, and flights, store luggage, and brief the team on special needs to deliver unforgettable stays. Shifts are 40 hours a week, rotating. Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 7,000 a month, about AED 60,000 to AED 84,000 a year, plus tips and service charge. You need similar experience and deep Dubai know-how. No degree required. It’s a glamorous gig for outgoing pros who love DIFC’s financial buzz and a luxury hotel that’s all about personalized magic.
