Component Maintenance Planner at Air Arabia will be responsible for developing plan for workshops in coordination with Supervisor-Planning and Records and other internal stake holders. Candidate will provide work scope for shops and coordinate with stake holders (internal and external) for components queries to ensure the continuous airworthiness of the airline fleet and other third-party entities.

Responsibilities

  • Creates work scope for different workshops (For in-house and third parties) on daily basis based on the procedure sheets.
  • Coordinates with the external stake holder for the work scopes related to workshops.
  • Execute component maintenance activities forecasting in company MIS (AMOS) in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Maintains, compiles and review all the relevant data related to the components on the fleet.
  • Resolves queries related to components and provide NIS statements to the concerned external parties in line with the procedures laid down in company manuals.
  • Coordinates with necessary Stakeholders to ensure the components turnaround time is achieved in workshops and provide feedback to the management.
  • Ensures all the LLP/HT components are managed in the system with agreed parameters (calendar, hours, cycles), cost and business needs, overlaps, unforeseen circumstances as well as emergencies.
  • Develops Engine, APU and LG tree into system post receiving from shop and for induction of aircrafts.
  • Provides feedback to CAMO engineering services to enhance, improve or increase efficiency of any maintenance related documents.
  • Coordinates with Engineering Procurement team to ensure components are available prior to scheduling or planning.
  • Ensures the data for components is verified acceptable for the induction of leased aircrafts as per the contract.12. Provides complete analysis every month for all the workshops.
  • Prepares for Redelivery of the aircrafts.
  • The employee executes any additional duties directed by the line manager.

Requirements for Role of Component Maintenance Planner

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aircraft Engineering/Aeronautical/Aerospace/Industrial or equivalent.
  • 5+ years’ experience in the Aviation industry, 4 years of which as part of technical records/Planning or in a similar capacity, experience with Airbus A320 aircraft is a plus.
