Compliance Monitoring Officer, Thematic and Support Unit at Emirates NBD is responsible in providing assurance that the Bank is operating in line with applicable regulatory obligations and internal policies and procedures through compliance monitoring/assurance reviews. This is full time role and it was announced by the company on 12 February 2024.

Responsibilities of Compliance Monitoring Officer

• Identify key compliance risk areas.
• Design, develop the compliance assurance review program.
• Implementation and execution of the approved CMP.
• Ensure relevant compliance related issues are logged and tracked.

Requirements of Compliance Monitoring Officer

The requirements for the job role of Compliance Monitoring Officers, Thematic and Support Units at Emirates NBD are as under:

• Bachelors Degree.
• 5 years compliance or audit experience in the financial services industry, preferably banking in a recognized market.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Background in UAE regulations and compliance practices in UAE or in well-regulated market.
• Good understanding/awareness of regulatory requirements, international best practice, especially the CBUAE & SCA regulations.
