Compliance Manager Onboarding Emirates NBD

Compliance Manager Onboarding at Emirates NBD is responsible for supporting the Unit and Comp AVP in timely review and approval of new sensitive ultra high risk accounts and special-risk accounts being on boarded.

Responsibilities of Compliance Manager

• Planning, prioritization, and timely completion of account reviews, reporting and deliverables Manager in all Project -related initiatives and ensure completion of these projects.
• Assist the Comp AVP in providing ongoing advice, guidance and support regarding all AML and Sanctions-related matters.
• Support stakeholders.
• Contribute towards the effective implementation and embedment of the Group Compliance framework for Retail segment and Wealth Management.

Requirements of Compliance Manager

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 5 years compliance experience in the financial services industry, preferably in retail banking compliance in a recognized market
• Minimum of 2 years compliance experience in the review &/ approving of ultra high-risk and special risk accounts

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Good Knowledge of Bank’s core banking system (Finacle), working knowledge of SWIFT payments, AML TMU, PSCU, NTB HRA and SDD, Risk Tool and knowledge of the external sanctions and internal rules and policies around sanctions.
