Community Events Specialist Dubai Sports Council

Community Events Specialist at Dubai Sports Council will be hired to lookafter, organize, plan and engage with community’s events. Additionally, also develop event budgets, tracking expenses and manage financial resources to ensure accomplishment of all events within budgetary constraints.

Responsibilities of Community Events Specialist

• Preparing operational plans, annual work programs and budgets for all operations of the Community Events Department.
• Setting quality standards for community sports activities and events and working to develop and implement procedures.
• Preparing and designing awareness plans to spread the culture of sports to all segments of society in Dubai, including family members, sports institutions, schools, universities, and commercial institutions, and planning to hold meetings and seminars aimed at that.
• Conduct field visits to the sites of sports institutions, clubs, and Dubai Municipality to provide suitable places and times for family members to practice community activities that suit their desires.
• Conducting statistical studies on the number of participants in community sporting events from all participating groups and the type of participation.
• Conducting studies aimed at evaluating community activities in which different groups participated.

Requirements of Community Events Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8 Years Experience.

Skills and Abilities Desired

• Fluent in English.
• Sports Exerciser.
