Communication & Campaign Specialist Nestle Dubai

Nespresso (flagship brand linked to Nestle) is looking to hire a Communication & Campaign Specialist in 3rd Floor, Dubai World Central HQ Building Near New Al Maktoum International Airport, Dubai, UAE, who will be responsible for correct and on time communication of differentiated and exclusive direct to  consumer activation campaigns, with the purpose to increase the connection between their existing consumers and the brand. Candidate involves crafting local and global campaign adaptations, managing media artwork, assisting in brand events and analyzing campaign outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, a keen analytical eye and expertise in media coordination and CRM manage the implementation of CRM Activation campaigns and propose and create local adaptations towards existing consumers (Adapted global programs and/or locally developed). This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-20000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Communication & Campaign Specialist

  • Set Up and Manage Consumer Activation Communication
  • Adapt, set- up and manage Head Quarters led CRM Communication campaigns
  • Create, set up and manage locally led CRM Communication campaigns
  • Align with CRM insights team and direct channels on set up of these communication campaigns.
  • Align with CRM Insights team on the reporting and evaluation of CRM Communication campaigns
  • Brief Communication campaigns to internal and external stakeholders (E.g. Customer Facing teams and agencies.)
  • Manager the program of transactional service E-mails
  • Co-develop of re-marketing campaigns.
  • Create and plan consumer communication campaigns
  • Monitor and secure the CRM Activation campaign planning, in line with the overall marketing calendar.
  • Based on post evaluations of previous campaigns and other insights, plan on the most effective call to action to maximize impact on set targets.
  • Lead the creative agency in adaptation or creation of the creative concept of the direct mail (DM), E-DM and Local gift with purchases
  • Develop the key messages of the (e) DM
  • Secure seamless customer journey through the best-in-class execution of the campaign
  • Through (Hyper) targeting, ensure that campaigns are personalized, relevant, and perceived exclusive
  • Artwork & Content Management for Media:
  • Collaborate with the Brand Communication Manager to create and adapt artwork for media campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and resonance with target audiences.

What you will do more

  • Coordinate with creative agency and media agency to ensure timely delivery and optimization of artwork for media placements.
  • Assist in the review and approval processes for artwork, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines and convey the desired messaging.
  • Event Collaboration & Support:
  • Actively support the Brand Communication Manager in the planning and execution of brand events.
  • Align CRM campaigns with event themes, ensuring pre-event, during-event, and post-event communications are cohesive and amplify the event’s impact.
  • Assist in logistical aspects of events, such as coordinating with vendors, managing guest lists, and gathering feedback for post-event evaluations.
  • Other key responsibilities include:
  • Regularly track and optimize campaigns, based on results to reach set targets
  • Together with the insights team, regularly report on the performance on main KPIs.
  • Benchmark local performances with international best practices and local competitive environment
  • Back up for Customer Loyalty Specialists onboarding and retention.

Requirements for Role of Communication & Campaign Specialist

  • University degree in marketing, commercial, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years in a marketing role, preferably with premium brands, emphasizing media coordination and event support and CRM.
  • Experience in organizations with leading brands and a pronounced commercial orientation.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Fluency: Proficient in English and Arabic will be a plus.
  • Analytical Approach: Result driven mindset, with a keen ability to evaluate and optimize for better outcomes.

  • Collaborative Skills: Proven ability to work seamlessly with roles like the Brand Communication Manager, especially in areas of media, artwork, and events.
